2. Scope of processed data
Through the contact form or e-mail correspondence we may process the following data: full name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, area of interest and message content. The form may also transmit basic technical data required for proper handling of the submission.
Providing data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to respond to an inquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data is processed to handle inquiries, conduct correspondence, prepare an offer at the user's request, comply with legal obligations and, where necessary, protect against claims.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where actions are taken at the request of a person before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing results from a legitimate interest in handling correspondence and protecting claims, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing is required by law.
4. Data recipients and Formspree
Data may be shared with technical service providers used to operate the website, contact form, hosting and e-mail. The contact form uses Formspree, which forwards website messages to the e-mail inbox.
Because Formspree is used, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, in accordance with the safeguards and rules applied by that provider.
5. Data retention
Data is stored for the time required to handle the inquiry and correspondence, and then for up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.
6. User rights
The data subject has the right to access data, rectify data, erase data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. No profiling
Data submitted through the form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
8. Cookies and technical mechanisms
The website uses only essential technical mechanisms required for proper operation. We do not use marketing analytics or advertising tools based on cookies.
